The International Franchising segment includes the licensing activities of its franchise agreements with store locations in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Mexico. The Commercial segment includes transactions with other business partners, mainly comprised of licensing its intellectual property, including entertainment properties, for third-party use and wholesale product sales. The company was founded by Maxine K. Clark in September 1997 and is headquartered in St. Louis, MO.
