President Obama has been on the campaign trail for several months now, in order to inform Americans regarding his plan for the country, over the next four years. The presidential elections are approaching fast and in order to maintain his position as the leader of the country, it is important for him to go around and meet his voters and supporters, who matter the most. President Obama announced his presidential bid in February, via the help of the internet and it seems that he has increased the use of the internet, in order to reach his younger supporters. A large percentage of the younger generation is known to use several social network services, including Linkedin Corporation (NYSE:LNKD), and in order for the current president and other potential candidates to reach those voters, it is important for them to use these social network services. In addition, the president has started to travel the country and meet residents of the key states, so that he is able to inform them better regarding his policies and what changes he is working on. The president has also been hosting fundraising events from which he hopes to raise at least $1 billion for the presidential campaign. He has already been able to travel to New York and Atlanta and hosted successful events and now in an effort to bring further awareness and increase is campaign funding, the president is traveling to three of his key states. It has just been announced that President Obama will travel to Florida and North Carolina, before he heads to Puerto Rico. One of the main topics that will be discussed on this trip will be the current state of the economy and the job market.

Currently the unemployment rate is higher than 9% and it is important for the president to tackle the matter. It was earlier announced by the White House that the president will meet with major organizations and key businessmen in order to discuss what needs to be done to improve the job market. He hopes to find ways to help out the general public and create new jobs during his trip to the three states. In addition to employment issues, he will also discuss the much talked about healthcare bill which will affect every American, once it goes into effect. Heath care costs have continued to increase and several states have had to take money away from various sectors in order to cover those who require healthcare.
