Nu Skin Enterprises Inc. (NYSE: NUS) reported that it expects its first quarter revenue to be better than projected earlier. The company said that it is likely to benefit from foreign currency exchange fluctuations. The fluctuation effect is expected to boost revenue by 5 percent. Nu Skin Enterprises revenue is also likely to benefit from strong performance in emerging markets. The company now expects its first quarter revenue to be at $395 million. Earlier, the company had expected the revenue for the first quarter to be in the range of $380 million and $390 million.

Nu Skin Enterprises has also provided higher projection for its earnings per share in the range of 52 cents and 54 cents per share. The earlier projection was in the range of 50 cents and 53 cents per share. The analysts expect the company to report its earnings at 51 cents per share.
