Gainers

NetApp Inc. (NASDAQ:NTAP)  30.20  +3.08 (11.35%)  NetApp Inc. surged after the provider of storage systems reported stonger-than-forecast second-quarter earnings.

ServiceNow Inc (NYSE:NOW) 31.79, +3.08 (10.73%)  ServiceNow prices follow-on public offering. Announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 14 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28 per share.

Banco Bradesco S.A. (NYSE:BBDO) 14.30, +1.23 (9.41%)  – Catalyst not known

Spirit Airlines Incorporated (NASDAQ:SAVE) 16.99, +1.28 (8.15%) . Spirit Airlines Incorporated (SAVE) was upgraded by equities researchers at Raymond James from a “market perform” rating to an “outperform” rating in a report issued on Thursday. The firm currently has a $21.00 target price on the stock.

Nationstar Mortgage Holdings Inc.  (NYSE:NSM)  25.49, +1.74 (7.33%). FBR Capital initiated coverage on shares of Nationstar Mortgage Holdings (NSM) in a research note released on Thursday morning. The firm issued an outperform rating and a $30.00 price target on the stock.

Losers

OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS) 54.89, -21.40 (-28.05%) . OSI Systems Inc. (OSIS) fell after a U.S. lawmaker said tests may have been falsified on software intended to stop the company’s airport body-scanning machines from recording graphic images of travelers.

Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ:PLCE) 48.91, -8.09 (-14.19%) . Due to the impact from Hurricane Sandy, the children’s specialty apparel retailer guided fourth quarter earnings below Street.

Other stocks which were down were Sandstorm Gold Ltd. Ordinary Shares (Canada) (NYSE:SAND) 10.99,  -1.54 (-12.29%)

Dun & Bradstreet Corp (NYSE:DNB) 73.21 , -7.60 (-9.40%)

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) 37.79, -3.78 (-9.09%) . 3D Systems Corporation (DDD) announced today that it plans to hold a conference call and simultaneous webcast to discuss, fact-check and clarify several materially inaccurate statements and conclusions made in recently published articles related to various matters including its calculation of growth, accounting methods and acquisition activities on Monday, November 19, 2012, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
