(NYSE: MHP) today disclosed that the Civil Division of the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”) has informed the Company that it intends to file a civil lawsuit against S&P focusing on its ratings in 2007 of certain U.S. collateralized debt obligations .
Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) 49.45 -5.90 (-10.66%)
MCO experienced a decline of 10.66% to a market valuation of $49.45 per share, after Moody’s Investors Services stated that Jeffries Group Inc. plan to pay two executives $78 million of incentive compensation could actually hurt the firm’s bondholders.

Changyou.com Ltd announced that for the first quarter of 2013, it expects total revenues between $168.0-$174.0 million, non-GAAP net income between $74.0-$77.0 million, non-GAAP fully diluted earnings per ADS (EPS) between $1.38-$1.44.
