Vipshop Holdings Ltd – ADR (NYSE:VIPS) 28.45 +4.03 (16.50%)

The stock had its “buy” rating reiterated by equities research analysts at Deutsche Bank with a price target of $30.10. Analyst states that Vipshop’s 4Q12 results beat our street high forecast by 100%.

Endo Health Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:ENDP) 30.26 +2.22 (7.92%)

Endo Health Solutions (ENDP) will announce its fourth quarter and full year 2012 financial results after the close of the U.S. financial markets on February 28, 2013 and will host a conference call and webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET that day to discuss these results.

Zynga Inc. (NASDAQ:ZNGA) 3.43 +0.24 (7.52%)

ZNGA ended the day up by 7.5% at $3.43, in the wake of measures taken late last week by the state of Nevada to legalize online poker, and New Jersey that would allow Internet-based gambling in conjunction with Atlantic City casinos.

Losers

Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ:PANL) 28.56 -4.21 (-12.85%)

PANL under heavy pressure Monday after analysts at Piper Jaffray said the company is losing its stronghold with Samsung. Analyst Jagadish Iyer said Samsung is using Universal Display and another vendor for its Galaxy S4 smartphone – said to be Nippon Steel Chemical.

CommonWealth REIT (NYSE:CWH) 15.85 -2.18 (-12.09%)

CWH down after announcing its fourth-quarter earnings results and a share offering. For the quarter, normalized funds from operation were $0.82 compared to $0.76 in the year-ago period. However, the company reported a hefty loss of $1.96 because of a loss on asset impairment of $168.6 million during the quarter.

Dillard’s, Inc. (NYSE:DDS) 76.92 -8.00 (-9.42%)

DDS announced operating results for the 14 and 53 weeks ended February 2, 2013. The Company follows the retail 4-5-4 reporting calendar, which included an extra week in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) 34.55 -3.42 (-9.00%)

DDD announced non-GAAP earnings of 39 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2012 and GAAP earnings of 19 cents per share resulting in full year 2012 non-GAAP earnings of $1.25 and GAAP earnings of $0.71.

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA (ADR) (NYSE:BBVA) 9.33 -0.78 (-7.72%)

BBVA earlier this month announced that it has reached an agreement with MetLife, Inc, for the sale of the 64.3% share capital that BBVA holds in the Chilean pension fund manager “Administradora de Fondos de Pensiones Provida S.A.’.
