The first installment, of BRL 1,200,000,000, corresponding to BRL 1.407369445 per share, will be paid out until January 15, 2013 and the second one of BRl 400,000,000, corresponding to BRL 0.469123148 per share, will be paid out until June 30, 2013.

TIBX received price-target cuts at Barclays (to $25 from $26), Mizuho Securities (to $29 from $36), and FBN Securities (to $28 from $35) TIBCO Software Inc. reported adjusted net income of 42 cents per share. By that measure, the company beat the mean estimate of 32 cents per share. It beat the average revenue estimate of $244.9 million. Revenue: rose 2.4% to $296.5 million from the year-earlier quarter.

Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) 27.27 -6.43 (-19.08%) Shares of the nutritional supplement company are down on the news that Ackman, a manager of the hedge fund Pershing Square Capital, has announced he has a substantial short position on his book.
Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:NUS) 34.51 -5.44 (-13.62%). The Tokyo High Court recently affirmed the lower court’s decision with respect to the company’s lawsuit to recover approximately $33 million in customs duties assessed against the company for the period of 2002 through 2005. Nu Skin continues to disagree with this decision and has appealed to the Supreme Court of Japan.
Gardner Denver, Inc. (NYSE:GDI) 67.40 -8.14 (-10.78%). Bloomberg states Gardner Denver Inc. said it will continue to explore a possible sale or a merger after talks with SPX Corp. (SPW) were said to have terminated.
OI S.A. (NYSE:OIBR.C) 4.10 -0.39 (-8.69%). Brazilian operator Oi SA has launched its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband service and IPTV, offering a maximum 200Mbps service in Rio de Janeiro.
