LOTE stock spikes 781% from the low!

LOTE stock, Lot78 Inc (I alerted Oliver Crowne Premium members to what I believed to be a nice bounce off the bottom at around $1.59 on Wednesday.  Wow, did we ever hit a homerun there!

Lot78 Inc, formerly Bold Energy Inc, is a development-stage company. The Company focuses to develop a range of loyalty program based on Global Club points awarded for all purchases made in associated establishments. The Company focuses to be partners with all kinds of retailers, so the cardholders collect points on their every- day expenses, such as in grocery shops, gas stations, restaurants, electronic stores and travel agencies. As of July 31, 2010, the Company had no revenues.

So, why did LOTE go up 700%?  All I can see is a low float stock with a ton of shorts running to cover.  No big company developments occurred today, or at least none that were announced to the public.
