Good Black Friday Means Continued Sales

Black Friday set sales records for retailers and they are well on their way to having a great month.


Economists however advised retailers that in order to continue this string of profit, they must continue with their sales. In order to continue attracting customers, retailers including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) is extending their sales period. While stores continue to cut prices, consumers can benefit from the low costs. Consumer spending sums up to approximately 70% of the economy and with this new November sales data, the economy will continue to improve if retailers are able to hold their low priced.
