Four Small Cap Stocks To Watch

For those looking for a few small cap (under $5 per share) stocks to watch over the next few days, keep an eye on the following which I have selected due to bullish chart trends.

First off KBLB. Right now we are inching up here on the level 2 which is very thin to $.09 and if broken very thin to $.12, then VFIN at $.15. I am in this as a swing to medium term hold (few weeks) like I said since day one. My stop is firm at $.07 and we have held this for a long time. I like KBLB because the risk for me is very small and I don’t mind holding these low risk plays a bit longer than normal.

Also you can clearly see on the chart we are making higher highs and higher lows now for a week and the MACD signal line on Etrade Pro is curling up nicely on the daily chart.

Other updates:

BWEN is holding my $.61 base of support very well. If we break $.70 I am looking for a test of $.75 to $.80 in the short term

CBIS held my $.135 support level today once again and is trading up near $.16 now. The pattern has been two or three days up followed by two days down, then back up again. If we close above $.135 today then I will look for a possible green day tomorrow to start a new rally toward $.20.

VELA has seen strong volume today, watch this for a power hour trade as well. If we can crack the high of day then this should give us a new surge. A $.032 alert to $.038 high isn’t bad but if we break $.038 then look for a possible move to $.042 or $.048 based on the level 2.

So far, a good day!

Talk to you all soon and I hope you enjoyed my video lesson on “Gap trades” that is out for Premium and Elite levels today.
