Facebook is in the process of launching its email service for its 400 million plus users. Facebook has sent out invites to the media for a press conference in San Diego tomorrow. This will come as a bad news for Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), Yahoo (NASDAQ:YHOO) and Microsoft’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Hotmail who are the current leaders in the email arena.
The project is being called as the Titan Email Client with revolutionary new features that will force users to spent more time in Facebook. Three months back Facebook started giving each user a specific username sans an email. Now that empty void is going to be filled with a full-fledged web mail service.
