Stifel Nicolaus upgraded WebMD Health Corp. from Hold to Buy and announced a $26.00 price target.

Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARUN) 25.40 +4.60 (22.13%)

ARUN stocks moved up after the distributed enterprise network solutions provider reported results for the second quarter that topped analysts’ expectations. The company also reported a profit for the quarter compared to a loss last year, reflecting double-digit revenue growth and improved operating margins amid lower expenses.

Infoblox Inc. reported second quarter non-GAAP net income of $0.06 per share after the bell Thursday, compared to $0.04 per share last year. The company expects to report third quarter non-GAAP EPS of $0.06 to $0.07 and between $0.21 and $0.26 for the full year 2013.

SSTK a leading global provider of commercial digital imagery announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. Revenue for the fourth quarter was $49.2 million, a 42% increase from the fourth quarter of 2011. Revenue for the full year was $169.6 million, a 41% increase from 2011.

Barnes Group Inc. (NYSE:B) 28.10 +3.63 (14.83%)

Barnes Group Inc. posted higher fourth-quarter income from continuing operations of $29.8 million or $0.54 per share, compared with $23.8 million, or $0.43 per share a year ago. On a Non-GAAP basis, earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.55 in the reporting period. Analysts expected earnings per share of $0.51 for the quarter.

Volcano Corporation (NASDAQ:VOLC) 22.63 -2.04 (-8.27%)

Volcano Corporation provides additional guidance for 2013. On an as reported basis, based on foreign currency exchange rates as of February 21, 2013, the company expects revenues will be in the range of $406-$412 million in 2013. Earlier in the day, the company had provided guidance for revenues in 2013 in the range of $422-$428 million on a constant currency basis.

Corelogic Inc. (NYSE:CLGX) 24.79 -2.20 (-8.15%)

CoreLogic (CLGX), a leading residential property information, analytics and services provider, reported financial results for the full year and quarter ended December 31, 2012. Consolidated fourth quarter revenues increased $65.0 million or 18.8% to $410.4 million. Mortgage Origination Services segment (MOS) revenues grew $48.2 million or 37.6% to $176.4 million as a result of increased market demand for credit and tax services and flood certifications, market-share gains and improved pricing in certain product lines.

Nordson Corporation (NASDAQ:NDSN) 62.00 -4.71 (-7.06%)

Nordson Corporation (NDSN) reported results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2013. For the quarter ending January 31, 2013, sales were $347 million, a 26 percent increase over the prior year’s first quarter sales.

For the second quarter of fiscal 2013, sales are expected to be in the range of $372 to $387 million.
