The assets include more than 150 e-learning courses in the areas of environmental health, safety, human resources, and energy exploration markets, as well as certain intellectual property.

The courses consist of both off-the-shelf and customizable Web-based training courses that deploy on popular Learning Management Systems (LMS). By designing courses around measurable learning objectives that address regulatory requirements, they help customers meet the performance-based standards of employee training enforced by OSHA, EPA and DOT, along with other federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
