Brightpoint – CELL – Launch of Waha, the first e-commerce website dedicated exclusively to Windows Phones in UAE


Brightpoint, Inc. (Nasdaq : CELL), a global leader in providing device lifecycle services to the wireless industry, announced with Microsoft the launch of Waha, the first e-commerce website dedicated exclusively to Windows Phones in the United Arab Emirates(UAE).

Waha, which means “oasis” in English, will provide a convenient, reliable and centralized destination for consumers across the country to purchase the latest wireless devices from a variety of Windows Phone device manufacturers.Waha Store will offer customers manufacturer warranties with their purchases and arrange delivery of new phones directly to the customer’s doorstep. Shoppers who visit Waha Store are then free to separately connect to the wireless provider of their choosing.

The user-friendly features in Waha Store will optimize browsing and shopping for visitors. Shoppers will have the opportunity to compare various models, read reviews, and watch demo videos to gain a deeper understanding of product range and features.
