Company Profile

Matrix Service Co. engages in the provision of engineering, fabrication, infrastructure, construction, and maintenance services. It operates through the following segments: Utility & Power Infrastructure, Process & Industrial Facilities, and Storage & Terminal Solutions. The Utility & Power Infrastructure segment consists of power delivery services provided to investor-owned utilities, including construction of new substations, upgrades of existing substations, transmission and distribution line installations, upgrades and maintenance, as well as emergency and storm restoration services. The Process & Industrial Facilities segment serves customers in the downstream and midstream petroleum industries, which are engaged in refining crude oil and processing, fractionating, and marketing of natural gas and natural gas liquids. The Storage Solutions segment consists of work related to aboveground storage tanks, and terminals. The Storage & Terminal Solutions segment consists of work related to aboveground storage tanks and terminals. The company was founded by Bill Lee, Doyl D. West, Harold Morgan and Martin Lee Rinehart on April 4, 1984 and is headquartered in Tulsa, OK.
