The Water Hauling Services segment utilizes a fleet of trucks and related assets, including tank trucks, vacuum trailers, storage tanks, and disposal facilities to provide various water hauling services. The Construction Services segment utilizes a fleet of trucks and equipment to provide excavation grading, and dirt hauling services to the oil and gas and construction industry. The company was founded by Michael D. Herman on February 28, 1980 and is headquartered in Denver, CO.
