The Defense segment businesses offer data acquisition & flight test instrumentation equipment, integrated subsystems, instrumentation and control systems, turret aiming & stabilization products and weapons handling systems. The Power segment businesses offer products for commercial nuclear power plants and nuclear equipment manufacturers, which include hardware, pumps, valves, fastening systems, specialized containment doors, airlock hatches, and spent fuel management products. The company was founded on July 5, 1929 and is headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
