Get Gains even in a Slow Week!

This last week was pretty slow, but there were still a couple decent plays out there. I had sent a swing trade watchlist with Exide Technologies (NASDAQ:XIDE) and AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AVEO) – both of those ended trading fairly well with XIDE hitting as high as $1.00 and AVEO closing Friday for a gain of 5.79%… Don’t miss my next 100% ALERT!

Tuesday, we had a day trade on Genco Shipping & Trading Limited (NYSE:GNK) as it traded as low as $1.12 with my alert at $1.20 – it ended trading as high as $1.45, but I mentioned a safe sell at $1.33 for a possible gain of 10.8% or more depending on entry/exit.

Our last day trade of the week was DURECT Corporation (NASDAQ:DRRX) as I alerted it at $.80 on Friday and it traded as high as $1.05 – our safe sale was around $.95-$.96 translating into 20%! These are not as incredible as some of the plays we have had in the past for sure, but it doesn’t hurt to make a few hundred here and there!
