New Feature Shuts Down Facebook

The part Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT) owned social network giant Facebook shuts down for approximately 30 minutes. After yesterdays leak of their new features, Facebook decided to roll out their new look today and upon installation, the site shut down. For half an hour, users were welcomed with a blank screen leaving them in a panic.

This is just a sign of how popular the social network site is and how much an individual’s life revolves around it. Within minutes, the lack of service made headlines around the world but there is no need to worry any longer. The hard working people at Facebook noticed the problems and within minutes it was up and running.
