More Shoppers Predicted On Black Friday

After the disappointing sales on Black Friday last year, analysts are predicting that this year will see a difference with larger crowds at the mall.

This is great news for mall based stores such as Macy‘s, Inc. (NYSE:M) and JC Penny as they are in much need of improved holiday sales. The higher number of customers does not necessarily mean a better financial month as this is the time when customers look for mega savings. In order to have a successful three days after Thanksgiving Day, Macy’s along with other stores will need to impress customers with the types of savings they have to offer.
