The Interconnect Solutions segment if the provisions of connector solutions that make it possible to transfer signal and power between electronic devices in the field of aerospace and defense, industrial and transportation, oil and gas and medical markets. The Control Technologies segment manufactures specialized equipment including actuation, fuel management, noise and energy absorption, and environmental control system components, for the aerospace, and defense, and industrial markets. The company was founded in 1920 and is headquartered in White Plains, NY.
