The Non-Regulated-Energy Infrastructure segment engages in the hydroelectric generation operations. The Corporate and Other segment provides alternative energy solutions, including thermal-energy and geo-exchange systems. The company was founded on June 28, 1977 and is headquartered in St. John's, Canada.
