Entravision Communications Corp. is a media company, which engages in the provision of media and marketing solutions and data analytics services. It operates through the following segments: Television Broadcasting, Radio Broadcasting, and Digital Media. The Television Broadcasting segment offers an entertainment, news, and national news magazine, as well as local news produced by its television stations. The Radio Broadcasting segment comprises of combining network and local programming with local time slots available for advertising, news, traffic, weather, promotions, and community events. The Digital Media segment consists of the costs of online media acquired from third-party publishers. The company was founded by Walter F. Ulloa and Philip C. Wilkinson in January 1996 and is headquartered in Santa Monica, CA.
