The Wade Journey Homes segment consists of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee. The company was founded by Dale Francescon and Robert J. Francescon in 2000 and is headquartered in Greenwood Village, CO.
