Foster Wheeler AG (NASDAQ:FWLT) 20.22 -3.84 (-15.96%) FWLT reported fourth quarter adjusted net income of $0.27 per share Friday morning, down from $0.39 per share last year. McDermott International (NYSE:MDR) 10.70 -2.02 (-15.88%) MDR down following the company’s fourth-quarter earnings report after the closing bell on Thursday. The company swung to a fourth-quarter profit, but projected 2013 revenue below average analyst expectations.
